When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation by email. Until then we may decline an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price was shown wrongly, or we cannot deliver to your address. If we decline an order after you have paid, we refund you in full.

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken at checkout by Shopify Payments or the payment method you choose. We do not see or store your card details.

You must be 18 or over to buy from us.

We try hard to describe every product accurately and to show the doses on the label. If we find an error in a description or price we will tell you and give you the choice of continuing at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund. The pack is always the definitive source of ingredient and safety information.

Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated dose. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, on medication or have a medical condition, speak to a doctor before use.

Lyfestyle blood tests are private wellness tests. They give you a clear picture of your own results with reference ranges and, on every panel, a consultation with a doctor. They are not a diagnosis, they are not a substitute for NHS or GP care, and they should not be used in an emergency. If you have symptoms, see your GP. If a result needs medical follow-up, the doctor will tell you.

Samples are analysed by a UKAS-accredited laboratory. Sample collection, laboratory analysis and the doctor consultation are delivered by our testing partners on our behalf. By ordering a test you consent to us passing your name, contact details, date of birth, sex and your sample and results to those partners so the test can be carried out. You must be 18 or over to order a blood test. Tests are for your own use and cannot be transferred to another person.

Delivery, returns, refunds and your cancellation rights are set out on our Shipping and Returns page, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

The content of this site, including text, images, videos and the Lyfelinez name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view and print it for personal use. You may not copy it for commercial use, scrape it, or use it to build a competing product or dataset without our written permission.

You must not misuse the site by introducing malicious code, trying to gain unauthorised access, or using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access to anyone who does.

Where the site links to other websites we are not responsible for their content. Reviews, ambassador stories and social posts reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of results.

If we break these terms we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses, because we sell to consumers.

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for products that are faulty under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, or in the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there. If we cannot resolve a complaint with you, you may be able to use the EU or UK online dispute resolution routes available to consumers.
